Shipping

Products are shipped via various shipping carriers. Pins, patches, some apparel, and other various items are shipped from me and are most often shipped from USPS.

Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. 

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after ship date.

Standard International Shipping: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Pretty Bad Co. is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

Many apparel items are print on demand and fulfilled by a fulfillment partner. Please allow 3-7 business days, or longer during peak periods, for processing. These products will ship separately if your order includes items I stock here as well.

Woven blankets, mugs, and other items are also on demand and shipped separately. Some of my fulfillment partners are different from my apparel partners, so it is entirely possible you could receive up to 3 or more separate shipments depending on your order.

I do ship international. I can not control the shipping costs. Please allow ample time for international deliveries.
