Where do you ship?

Worldwide! Please note that I am not in charge of international shipping costs. You may be responsible for customs and import fees.

When will my order ship?

It depends. Some products I keep in stock here in St. Louis, MO and some products are produced after your order on demand at various locations. Items that are in stock here usually ship within 2-4 business days. For on demand products the processing and shipping time can vary by product. If your order contains items that I keep in stock here and on demand fulfillment items you will receive separate shipments and they may arrive at different times.

What kind of printing do you use on apparel?

It depends. Some apparel products are screen printed and kept in inventory here using various methods from standard plastisol to water based to discharge. More and more of our apparel products are printed using DTG technology and made on demand through fulfillment partners so that we can offer more product with less waste. See below.

What is DTG?

Direct to garment printing is the printing technology used for my on demand apparel. It allows one garment to be made at a time and reduces waste and excess inventory and allows me to offer even more products and options. Clothing is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing tech we use is made with sustainability in mind, and our DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.The inks used for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals.
