I had added this blanket to my holiday wish list, and was honestly surprised that, among the other wish list options, my husband chose this for me. He doesn’t always lean-in to my more unusual goth-girl aesthetic things that I love, so this is a real treat for me. I love the bauhaus-era art style, and I have my own interpretations for each “stuff” symbol.
But most of all, this blanket is extremely soft, comfortable, enormous, and doesn’t get all icky on my sensory-reactive body. It’s for me only, and my kids aren’t allowed to use it (unless I invite them in!) I keep it folded on the back of the sofa, and I snuggle up in it every single day to help me with my saddies. It’s like having mother’s bat wings around me– just warm enough, just soft enough, never scratchy, never catching on my skin, and soothing my lost-child goth girl heart.
