Pretty Bad Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS.

Most sales are final. Returns or exchanges MAY be taken on a case by case basis. Pretty Bad Co. is not obligated to accept returns and or exchanges. 

If you have received an on demand item like apparel with a bad print please contact me and include clear photos. These things do happen from time to time with print on demand partners. More often than not they will mail a replacement if photos are provided. Thank you.
