Caitlin MacKnight Patch was lovely and well made. However, the iron on did not work well. It attached to my bag in some spots, but not consistently. I had to sew it on.
I'm really sorry to hear that. Sometimes these things happen where a patch doesn't have as good of adhesive as the others. I am going to issue a partial refund for the trouble.
