This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.prettybadco.com (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We also use order information (if you opt in to the mailing list) for abandoned cart emails and for future informational emails about Pretty Bad Co.

prettybadco.com uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
